Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Fragrant pear and red apple aromas laced with musk blossom from the glass followed by some honeysuckle notes. Well rounded with an almost supple like textural feel, flavours of pear and Jonathan apple meld into citrus and spice characters. Finishes dry and fresh with a silky medium length aftertaste.
