2019 Clonakilla O'Riada Shiraz
It seems we they, missed reviewing the 2018, but here’s the 2019. In the words of Borat, “It’s nice”.
Blackberry, pepper and spice, orange peel and hazelnuts. Medium-bodied, distinctly nutty and slightly meaty, peanuts and new leather, fine grained husky tannin, slight warmth, running to red and black fruit on a long and meaty finish. Characterful. Lovely wine. Drink by 2027+
