ABV: 11.9%Closure: StelvinBrilliant very pale straw colour with a very faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lime, orange rind and citrus aromas bounce out of the glass trailed by talc and steely mineral notes. Racy lime and citrus fruits have a steely underbelly with elements of orange rind, chalk and minerals also present. Finishes dry and tightly focused with crunchy acidity and a long mouthwatering aftertaste.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.

romas of crisp green apple and slatey minerality combine with touches of honey and straw on the bouquet, precursors of things to come. In the mouth it's quite full and textural as young riesling goes, the fresh sweet-fruited flavours building in layers as it moves along the palate. That slatey minerality of the bouquet is reprised on the finish which is taut and long. Drink by 2034.
