Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and red apple aromas mix with honeysuckle and spice. Quite full and textured in the mouth, there’s plenty of flesh to the pear, apple and honeysuckle flavours which sit over quince and spice. Dry, rounded finish with balanced acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
