A blend of 50% Cinsault and 50% Mourvedre. Translucent salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Aromas of raspberries and strawberries are backed by some fresh citrus fruits, light musk and spice. Slippery on entry with fresh cherry and strawberry flavours melding into tangy citrus followed by a dash of minerality on the dry finish. Crisp acidity with a minerally medium length aftertaste.
