Certified organic. Pale apricot like colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, apple skin and quince are followed by some spice notes. Light in weight with a bone dry finish the palate is delicately flavoured with dried pear, red apple skin and quince over lively acidity. Spicy finish with faint traces of dried nut making an appearance on the aftertaste.
