Brilliant pale straw colour with a luminous tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine, citrus and toast are followed by some bees wax and subtle spicy lemon butter notes. Medium bodied the palate is decorated with nectarine and grapefruit flavours which sit over a back drop of lemon butter, bees wax and spicy toast like characters. Finishes dry with fresh acidity and a nicely textured aftertaste.
