A blend of 90% Semillon and 10% Sauvignon Blanc. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted pear and red apple scents mix with bees wax, lemon butter and faint spice. Rich pear and ripe lime fruits are texturally full and rounded but the finish is one of lemony freshness. Notions of bees wax, citrus and spice also chime in. Brisk acidity with a refreshing conclusion.
