Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and ripe red apple are drawn into dried honey and spice notes. Texturally rounded and full, the palate dishes up delicious ripe pear and red apple fruit that show excellent flavour intensity overlaying dried honey, quince and spice nuances. Dry fresh finish showing good length on the aftertaste.
