Aged on lees in 20% new barrels for 10 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Delicate citrus and nectarine scents overlay hints of honeysuckle, subtle biscuity nougat and spice notes. Elegant with a fine creamy feel the palate has flavours of white peach and dried honey sitting over cashew, biscuity nougat characters and spice. Clean dry finish with a creamy textured conclusion.
