Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced pear, freshly sliced Jonathan apple and honeysuckle aromas are followed by subtle quince and spice. Light and refreshing the palate serves up pear, lemon curd and granny smith apple flavours which lend a sense of sourness. Slightly spicy and tart finish. Crunchy acidity with a medium length aftertaste that has some citrus tang to it.
