2018 Tim McNeil Watervale Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. An elevated combination of lime, citrus and orange rind aromas fill the nostrils with talc and light spice notes ensuing. Mouth watering acidity frames the intense lime, lemon and orange rind flavours which sit over talc and chalky mineral characters. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long tangy aftertaste. A generously flavoured yet racy Riesling.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
