Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinged outskirts. Intense lime juice and green apple aromatics are trailed by some lemon, wet steel and slatey mineral notes. Mouth watering lime juice, orange and green apple flavours skirt across the palate underscored by elements of wet steel and citrusy mineral characters. Excellent concentration and drive with a dry racy finish, picking up some faint honeysuckle on the long aftertaste.
