Matured in neutral French oak for 10 months on lees. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Nosing offers up aromas of peach, pear and lime followed by some bees wax and oily toast like notes. Light and fresh with a waxy like mouthfeel the palate features nectarine, pear and lime fruits over delicate honey and toast characters. Dry finish with brisk acidity and an elegant aftertaste.
