Certified organic and fermented in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barriques. Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted baked pear and red apple scents overlaid with dried honey are followed by some quince and spice. Ripe pear and red apple fruits dominate over dried honey characters, light quince and spice. Nicely rounded mouthfeel finishing dry and fresh with a lengthy aftertaste.
