Made from 100% certified organic Grillo grapes. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. The nose offers up baked pear, dried apple and honeysuckle aromas followed by spicy quince end notes. Texturally full and rounded the palate has generous ripe pear, baked apple and dried honey flavours over notions of quince and subtle cinnamon spice. Dry finish with nicely balanced acidity lending some freshness to the medium to long aftertaste.
