Vibrant dark salmon pink colour. Spicy blood orange and water melon aromas are flanked by some citrusy dried herb and volcanic rock elements. Light across the palate and very rounded, crunchy blood orange, water melon and spicy dried herb flavours have a stony back drop. Very dry finish featuring brisk acidity and a tangy medium length aftertaste.

Strawberry and redcurrant, a slight smokiness, and green herb. Fresh style, all about acid drive, crunch and juicy blood orange tang. Chalkiness on a tart and lively finish. More a white wine style of Rosé, but good energy here. Drink 2019-2021.
