Rich and earthy with a ripe meaty feel.
Matured for 20 months in French oak. Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated plummy aromas mix with liquorice, vanillin cedar, faint scorched earth and pepper. Rich and earthy, the palate features dark plum and liquorice fruits over vanillin cedar and peppered meats. Ripe meaty feel with slightly chewy tannins and a long generous finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
