One hundred percent barrel fermented in 27% new French oak. Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing offers up ripe peach, baked pear and honeycomb scents which intermix with toasty vanillin oak, nougat and spice. Rich and very creamy in its feel, the palate is filled with ripe peach and honeycomb flavours which overlay toasty oak, butterscotch and spicy nougat elements. Soft yet balanced acidity with a well rounded medium to long aftertaste.
