2018 Mollydooker Blue Eyed Boy Shiraz

Fruit was sourced from McLaren Vale & Langhorne Creek. Super dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Heady scents of dark plum, liquorice, blackberry and cassis fill the nostrils with toasty vanillin oak, fennel and spice ensuing. Full bodied, rich and lavish, luscious black fruits of black plum, liquorice, blackberry and black cherries are overtaken by toasty vanillin oak on the back palate. Spicy pepper finish with a touch of heat. Opulently textured with velvet like tannins. Superb power concluding with a lingering mix of voluptuous black fruits, toasty vanillin oak and pepper on the aftertaste.
