A fluffy white mousse dissipates to reveal a pale salmon coloured base. A very fine and steady stream of bubbles rises to the top. The nose offers up aromas of cherry and strawberry complexed by light toast and yeasty baked bread notes. Fruity palate entry with peach and strawberry flavours to the fore trailed by some subtle baked bread and yeast lees characters. Has a vibrant, nervy feel finishing dry with crisp acidity and medium length.
