Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Pronounced lemon and lime aromas soar from the glass followed by orange rind and talcy mineral notes. Intense lemon, lime and orange rind flavours race across the palate underscored by notions of green apple and distinct chalky talc elements. Finishes dry and crisp with crunchy acidity. Superb length and concentration concluding with a long aftertaste of lemon, lime, orange rind, talc and mineral.
