This wine underwent full barrel fermentation with 20% new oak utilised and was 100% wild fermented. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense white peach, dried honey and cashew aromas overlay hints of lemon butter, nougat and spice. Medium bodied and well rounded with an elegant creaminess to its feel, the palate is flavoured with nectarine and lemon butter followed by some citrusy nougat and light spice characters. Finishes with a lick of freshness and a medium length aftertaste.
