Bright deep straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted lime, red apple and honeysuckle aromas meld into hints of lemon butter and oily toast like notes. Well rounded lime, citrus and red apple fruits are backed by frisky acidity with some delicate honeysuckle and wet steel nuances lying underneath. Dry flinty finish with a snap fresh aftertaste.
