The 2018 Barolo Vignarionda (with fruit from Serralunga d'Alba) shows dark fruit, ripe plum, savory tobacco, ferrous earth and dark iodine. There is plenty of power in this wine, but it also shows unexpected elegance with a tapered, long and extremely polished mouthfeel. Drink 2024 - 2043.
