2018 Domaine Paul Blanck Pinot Blanc

Bright pale straw colour with a greenish tinged outskirts and watery hue. Emanating from the glass are lime and green apple scents with some fresh pear and stony mineral notes ensuing. Juicy ripe pear flavours drive the palate with an undercurrent of lightly spiced honeysuckle characters, quince and wet stones. The well rounded mouthfeel showing plenty of flesh. Finishes dry and fresh with a long satisfying aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
