A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Gamay. Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a bright dark red hue. Spicy red cherry scents mix with earthy forest floor like notes, dusty cedar and smoked meats. Light in body the palate is elegantly detailed with red and sour cherry fruits, earth, spicy cedar and a touch of meatiness. Dryish finish with good freshness and slightly chalky tannins. The aftertaste bony and a touch rustic.
