Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Green apple and lime aromas intermingle with spicy fresh herb and slatey mineral notes. Light and zippy yet texturally well rounded and showing ample intensity, fresh lime and green apple fruits meld into infusions of fresh herbs and wet slate. Dry crunchy finish with a lingering spicy green apple, lime and slatey mineral aftertaste.
