2018 Domaine Collotte Bourgogne Aligote

Brilliant almost water like colour with a faint greenish tinge to the edges. The nose has a combination of pear, quince, subtle lime, ginger and spicy herb aromas. Light, vibrant and refreshing, the palate has flavours of pears, lime and quince over subtle cinnamon and fresh herb nuances. Finishes dry with fresh crunchy acidity and a pear, lime, quince and fresh herb infused aftertaste.
