Produced from certified organic Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Fragrant spicy red plum, fresh herb, incense and earthy cedar scents mix with violet notes. Light, elegant and pretty, the palate is delicately flavoured with sour to red cherry fruits, infusions of incense, earth and spicy herbs. Bright crunchy like acidity with slightly chalky tannins and a tart finish.
