Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of limes and green apples mix with ripe gooseberry, fresh herb and subtle flinty mineral notes. Generous lime and green apple fruits are to the fore subtlety infused with fresh herbs, sitting over a wet slate and mineral base. Finishes dry with plenty of zest from the vibrant acidity. Good depth with a lengthy conclusion.
