Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a bright red hue. Spicy raspberry and ripe cherry aromas mix with hints of liquorice, earth and fresh herb notes. Light in body the wine has a fresh elegant feel with juicy cherry and red currant flavours holding court over a back drop of subtle liquorice, earth and spicy dried herbs. Finishes dry with bright acidity, slightly rustic tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
