One of my favourite rosé wines. I bought six of these, and six of the 2017 Caroline.
Strawberries and cream, a vague earthiness and aniseed perfume, perhaps a little blood orange. It’s fleshy and silky, smoothness of fine powdery tannin, unobtrusive but balanced soft acidity, and a gentle finish of fine length. Just lovely. Serve it cool, not cold.
