Totally opaque black core with a deep dark red black hue. Lifted blackberry, liquorice and blackcurrant aromas marry into notions of dried clove, smoked meats, earth and blackpepper. Rich blackberry and liquorice fruits infused with dried clove overlay toasty oak, earth and peppered dried meats. Firm finish with ripe chewy tannins. Long, generous, meaty textured aftertaste.
