2018 Bream Creek Riesling

Made from vines over 40 years old. Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive tinge of green to the edges. Aromas of lime and red apple mix with hints of orange blossom and mandarin followed by slatey mineral end notes. Intense lime, red apple and orange flavours over shadow traces of honeysuckle and flinty mineral characters. Dry, racy finish with fresh crunchy acidity and a long mouth watering aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

Hand-picked, crushed and destemmed. Finely structured and balanced; apple, lime and lemon flavours of a new-born wine; its future is assured, as the acidity and residual sugar are in balance. It will be a steady building process, offering pleasure every point along the way. Drink by 2033.
