Certified organic. Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Spicy dark cherry aromas are trailed by plum, liquorice, earth and dried herb notes. Medium weight ripe cherry and plum fruits overlay earth, dried herbs and spicy vanilla characters. Soft mouthfeel with slightly grainy tannins and a finish that shows moderate length.
