2018 Bernard Defaix Petit Chablis

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and dried honey overlay a stony back drop that also sees notions of citrus and light oyster shell emerge. Delicious pear, citrus and dried honey flavours have a very rounded mouthfeel carried by wet stone and subtle minerally oyster shell like elements. Finishes dry and fresh with a long savoury aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
