Chenin Blanc. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of Jonathan apple, pear and honeysuckle are followed by some quince and light spicy musk notes. Rich ripe pear, baked apple and honeysuckle flavours carry good weight across the palate and impart a luscious mouthfeel. Some quince and spice characters make an appearance on the back half. Finishes dry and fresh with a spicy medium to long aftertaste.
