2018 Bellwether Tasmanian Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Zippy lime and lemon scents are married to orange rind, wet steel and mineral notes. Tight and focused, crunchy lime, lemon and granny smith apple flavours are threaded by razor sharp acidity leaving a steely mineral back drop in their wake. Dry austere finish showing excellent line and length right through to the aftertaste.
