2018 Barringwood Pinot Gris

Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Pronounced aromas of pear and Jonathan apple tied to musk jump out of the glass followed by hints of quince and spice. Rich and luscious in its feel yet at the same time remarkably fresh, mouthfilling flavours of ripe pear, apple and musk flood the palate underscored by traces of honeysuckle, quince and light spice. Lively acidity gives the wine its vitality. Delicious and intensely flavoured it concludes with a long aftertaste.
