Both tank and barrel fermented including an on skins component of approximately 15%. Bright pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lime and herbaceous asparagus aromas combine followed by green gooseberry and grassy notes. Zingy citrus and herbaceous gooseberry flavours mix with grassy asparagus characters and a flinty minerality. Dry finish with crisp tangy acidity and a zesty aftertaste.
