Deep dark red colour with subtle black tinged edges. Fragrant rose petal like aromas mix with red currant, red cherry, dried herb, earth and spice notes. The mid weighted palate has a rustic charm to it sporting a red currant, red cherry and spicy dried herb flavour profile that has a bright elegant feel. Spicy old cedar and earthy tobacco characters also chime in. Dryish finish with sinewy tannins, fresh acidity and a slightly chewy yet savoury aftertaste.
