Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Intense herbaceous grassy top notes intermix with gooseberry, citrus, asparagus and a whiff of capsicum. The palate is flooded with citrus and gooseberry fruit which is infused with herbaceous asparagus, grassy characters and traces of spicy capsicum. Excellent concentration finishing dry and crisp with a long zingy aftertaste. A herbaceous and intensely flavoured Sauvvy.
