2018 Angus The Bull Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Plummy ripe blackcurrant scents mix with liquorice, vanillin oak, earthy tobacco and spicy black olive notes. Mid weighted the palate features generous blackcurrant flavours infused with black olive over a background of smoky cedar and spicy tobacco characters. Slightly dryish, finely grained tannins provide plenty of structure with a relatively firm mid length conclusion.
