Brilliant water like colour with a faint glimmer of green to the outskirts. Herbaceous gooseberry and citrus aromas meet up with hints of passionfruit, grassy asparagus characters and light mineral. The palate possesses good intensity yet is very light on its feet dispersing flavours of passionfruit and guava over ripe gooseberries and subtle herbaceous grassy characters. Finishes dry with zesty acidity and citrusy mineral infusions. Excellent balance with a long precise aftertaste.
