A classic Watervale Riesling featuring outstanding flavour intensity, a zippy mouthfeel and fresh crunchy acidity.
Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts. Pronounced lemon, lime and green apple aromas jump from the glass followed by some orange rind, talc and mineral notes. Mouth watering flavours of lemon and lime zip across the palate underscored by orange rind, green apple, infusions of talc and a racy minerality. Fresh crunchy acidity with a long lemon, lime, green apple, orange rind and talcy mineral aftertaste.
