Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense passionfruit aromas intermix with herbaceous gooseberries, zesty citrus and grassy capsicum like characters. Vibrant passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberry and citrus flavours race across the zippy, concentrated palate with underlying grassy capsicum nuances. Finishes dry and crisp with a long passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberry, lime and grassy capsicum aftertaste.
