The one and only Tahbilk Marsanne.

It cuts a good groove between outright daring and come-hither fruit flavour. It has darting acidity and a sure line of lemon, but it wraps it in honeysuckle and assorted florals, the external prettiness disguising the stern interior. Time will be kind – it almost goes without saying. There’s a grab of flavour and the structure to hold it. Right now it tastes, more than anything, very young. Drink by 2026+.
