2017 Storm Ridge Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright light red hue. Fragrantly scented nose with aromas of violets, ripe cherries and strawberries intermingling with hints of anise, gamey forest floor like notes and spicy dried herbs. Light and savoury with a fresh elegant feel the palate is flavoured with spicy ripe cherries and strawberries which sit over gamey earth characters and spicy cedar. Finishes dry with bright acidity and faintly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of spicy ripe red fruits, earth, game and spicy cedar.
Cellar 5-6 years.
