2017 Red Edge Tinto Mezclado

A blend of Tempranillo, Monastrell, Graciano and Touriga. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe black cherries, liquorice and black raspberries are tempered by some scorched earth and spice notes. Possessing impressive weight and concentration, rich opulent black cherry and liquorice flavours are underpinned by subtle earth, vanillin cedar and spice elements. Ripe chewy tannins. Excellent depth with a long moreish black cherry and liquorice dominate aftertaste. A great Heathcote rendition of a juicy Spanish blend.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
